Can I provide my own letter?
Yes. Send us your complete letter and we'll set it down exactly as you wrote it.
Can you write the letter based on my feelings?
Yes. Tell us about the person, your relationship, the memories you share and what you want them to know. We'll write the complete letter from that. If there's anything you want included or left out, just say so.
How do I send my photographs?
Send them in the WhatsApp chat once your order conversation starts. Clear, well-lit photos print best.
Your box includes five photos. If you'd like more, we can add extra photos for an additional charge. Just tell us in the chat.
Can I send it as a surprise?
Yes. Mark it as a surprise in the form and we'll arrange the details with you, not the recipient.
Can I include my name, or stay anonymous?
Either. Choose in the form, or tell us in the chat.
How long do preparation and delivery take?
Please allow up to one week before the date you need it. Timing depends on the delivery location, so we'll confirm on WhatsApp before you order. Delivery details and any charges are also confirmed in the chat.
